Social Bank = fast, as-captured files for your own social posting (48–72 hrs). Web Bank = the same library, fully renamed, IPTC-tagged, alt-texted, described, and folder-sorted for your website and search (7–14 days). The files are the same. The metadata layer is the difference.
The value is the metadata — renaming every file to SEO convention, writing IPTC descriptions, alt text, and keyword hierarchies into the file data, and sorting into folder structures that work with your website. Done properly for 50+ images, that pipeline takes time. Rushing it produces bad metadata, which defeats the purpose.
