Before the day — the prep that makes it

Treat it like a small private event. How ready the room and the people are when I walk in is the biggest lever on the images.

On the day — how it runs

I arrive ahead of the window to walk the space, agree the order, and set lighting. Then we lead with the highest-value setups while energy and light are best.

After — what you get

The short version for a busy operator: block a slow window, pay a few staff to be there, have the food and drinks ready, tidy the room, and name one decision-maker on the floor. I handle everything with a camera in it. You walk away owning months of content.
